2. Quotes & Payment
- Quote-based pricing only. Work starts after written approval.
- Email migration is separate and never included with website migration unless your quote says so.
- Terms and milestones per quote; unpaid work may pause after notice.
3. What We Need From You
- Correct access (hosting, WordPress, registrar, email) plus timely approvals for tests and launch.
- Missing access or approvals can extend timelines.
4. Backups & Risk
- Verified backups before migrations, cleanups, and major fixes. Source kept intact until you confirm, so rollback is possible.
- Residual risk (plugin conflicts, host limits, DNS) remains; liability limited to fees paid for that project.
5. SEO & Third Parties
Redirects and Search Console handling included in migrations, but rankings depend on Google and can't be guaranteed. Host, registrar, and vendor issues are outside our control.
6. Malware & Security
Detected infections removed plus hardening included, but future infections can't be promised away. Follow shared security practices.
7. Intellectual Property
Your content stays yours. Our methods and checklists stay ours. Case references only with permission.
8. Cancellation
Free cancellation before start. After start, completed stages are billable per quote.
9. Governing Law
Laws of India apply. Good-faith discussion first, then arbitration or courts at our operating jurisdiction.
